Helpful and friendly staff who provide city maps and great information about the city. Great location away from the tourist areas, but with good walking opportunities and nice views. Close proximity to water bus station for easy access to the airport. Delicious and varied breakfast with both savory and sweet options available.

The staff at Al Mascaron Ridente were amazing! We arrived late at night and they made sure we were able to access our room without any issues. They even left a bag of breakfast for us since we had an early train to catch. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really made our stay nice. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like thin walls and limited power outlets, we were overall fully satisfied with our experience.
